The sunrise room is part of sunset house, it is an attached ground floor room.

On arrival you turn off the main A52 on to our gravel driveway. Parking is to the right of our double garage, on a concrete hard standing.

Your first point of contact will be our back door which is about 14 meters along a level path.

Access to the accommodation is across the yard from the back door about 5 meters and then up a 12cm step  to the door, which is 70cm wide and leads into the porch, then immediate right into the room through a 68cm wide door.

In the room which is 3.3m x 3.0m, there is a door into the conservatory 80cm wide with a virtually flat threshold and the door into the bathroom 62cm wide.

The conservatory lounge/dining area is a spacious 7.5m by 3.5m in area.

From the conservatory there are both a single door 75cm and double door 155cm,leading into the garden.

The outside garden area is generally flat and guests are welcome to use any area not marked private.
